The South West Dharma Celebration 2017

Everybody is welcome to the South West Dharma Celebration 2017, held at The Conference Hall, City Hall, College Green, Bristol, BS1 5TR, between the 1st and 3rd of December 2017. You can come to all or part of the celebration and you are very welcome to attend the teachings on The Principle Aspects of the Path without having received the empowerment.

Kadam Bridget Heyes will begin this inspiring weekend at The Conference Hall with a public talk on the Friday night;
explaining the benefits of meditation and mindfulness in modern life. £8 including drinks and canapes. Find out more here.

During the Saturday and Sunday of this special celebration Kadam Bridget will grant the blessing empowerment of Je Tsongkhapa, the synthesis of the compassion, wisdom and spiritual power of all enlightened beings. An empowerment is a special blessing ceremony in which we receive inspiration to heal our mind and awaken our pure nature.

Drawing from the inspirational text, The Three Principle Aspects of the Path, Kadam Bridget will guide us through uplifting talks and meditations. Through putting these teachings into practice we will learn how to live peacefully and lightly while skilfully integrating a spiritual path into our modern life. Kadam Bridget is renowned for her ability to explain profound topics in simple terms, making them feel easy to understand and practice.

Everybody welcome. No previous experience necessary. You can book for any part or all of the celebration.
