During the South West Dharma Celebration 2017 Kadam Bridget Heyes, the National Spiritual Director of The New Kadampa Tradition, will grant the special blessing empowerment of Je Tsongkhapa and give Teachings on The Three Principle Aspects of the Path. Through a series of talks and meditations we will learn how to practically take these teachings into our modern life so we can fulfil our wish for a happy, peaceful and meaningful life.
As well as the blessing empowerment, teachings and meditations, Kadam Bridget will open the weekend with a public talk on the benefits of meditation and mindfulness in the modern world at the Conference Hall. Everyone is welcome regardless of whether you are attending the rest of the weekend. Find out more here.
